This year River City Domestic Violence Center teamed up with the Emerge team and Yankton public schools to break the cycle with the young adults in our community. Most of these posters will be hung in the high school and middle school to promote healthy relationships, consent and what is being an active bystander. These topics should be discussed as a family, it builds communication skills for your kids to talk to you, trust, respect and to come to you when they need help.
