With nearly 15,000 citizens in the town of Yankton, RCDVC is constantly growing to provide necessary services for the county. Additionally, we serve Charles Mix and Bon Homme counties. While most people know of our Safe Haven program, there is much more we are able to offer.

It is predicted that as few as ONE in FIVE victims will report their assault. One of the biggest fears Victims face are not being believed. In this presentation, you will learn also how to respond to a victim if they tell you they've been sexually assaulted.
